An infrastructure project usually includes many different objects, associated documents and possibly related processes. Once the structure has been defined, data can be captured in different ways.
Manual
Our web-based input form lets you record condition assessments directly on site with text, photos or videos, add updates, document changes and make adjustments.
Import
Many documents already exist.
Plans, reports, data lists, external sensor data and many other formats can be imported. This allows existing systems to continue to be used.
Automated
A wide range of integrated sensors (our own and third-party) allows sensor data to be linked directly to the respective object, with complete traceability of all data.
On-site
condition assessment
With InfraCloud, condition inspections can be carried out directly on site, with photos, comments, condition categories, measures and the associated budget.
Thanks to efficient data entry, effort and costs are reduced by around 50% for the initial assessment and by around 90% for follow-up assessments. The condition report can also be saved and sent as a conventional PDF.
Visualization
With more than 1000 different map layers, we can accommodate and integrate every geographic information need.
This can be a simple overview map or highly complex 3D high-resolution maps for condition monitoring.
At a glance, objects can be displayed by class or condition,
by incoming alarms, object class or department.
Alarming
The direct integration of sensors enables an event-based alarm system with several escalation levels and alarm channels.
The event-based history can be edited and documented with measures.
Task management
The task manager lets you record, document and later analyze one-off or recurring tasks, checkpoints or a sensor alarm entry.
Workflow generator
InfraCloud digitalizes process and quality management.
The process generator lets you build processes. Common process management systems are ISO 9001, AS 90100, W12, FOEN requirements or GMP processes. In infrastructure management, processes are defined either at intervals of many years or as extremely rare events. For such processes, a tool like our workflow generator helps ensure that no errors or omissions occur. At a glance, the person in charge knows what to do when a fire, water damage or alarm event occurs.
Journal generator
As diverse as infrastructure is, the way objects are captured must be just as flexible. To meet this need, each object can be captured individually according to its specific requirements and/or as a collective object with the journal generator.
Whether it is a multi-story power plant or the benches across the municipality, we can map every requirement.
Collaboration tool
Infrastructure requires collaboration between internal and external parties. The ability to create temporary access lets external partners access the object data and significantly reduces the coordination effort for those in charge.
Where you used to spend 30% of your time searching for and sending data, today you can simply create temporary access for the partner. They get all the information and data they need in seconds, and the system removes their access again once their contribution is complete.
Users and departments
For larger organizations, InfraCloud can be divided into departments, divisions and regions, with access rights defined accordingly. Access rights can also span several departments, exactly as your organization is structured.
Budget management
Our system lets you define long-term budgets and sub-budgets for one year or many years in advance. This also makes it possible to estimate long-term investment needs.
Data security
InfraCloud data is stored on several independent cloud servers in Switzerland so that no data is lost. In addition, the data can be exported for local backup copies, so that in the event of a disaster, connection problems or a power failure at the customer’s site, those in charge still have a local version available.

Every object can be connected to the sensors it needs, making the data platform future-proof. If the need for sensors grows, they can be integrated easily at any time. We make no distinction between our own and third-party sensors. Our goal is for our customers to have a holistic solution, which is why we integrate every sensor suitable for infrastructure management.
InfraCloud can compare any number of sensors with each other and thus analyze the behavior of an object. Whether for short-term analysis or long-term monitoring, the data is where it belongs: stored with the object.
