Infra-Cloud

InfraCloud is a holistic infrastructure management platform which integratively maps all aspects of an all-encompassing digital system. From manual condition monitoring and control, process planning and management, to quality control – InfraCloud covers all needs.

By integrating many different geo-information systems, the overview of the objects becomes clear and easy to understand.

Our holistic system saves the infrastructure department up to 50% of unproductive time which can be used for more important tasks – actively managing the infrastructure instead of searching for plans and documents.

Infrastructure project

An infrastructure project usually contains many different objects, associated documents and possibly also associated processes. Once the structure is defined, data can be captured in several ways.

Manually

Our web-based input mask allows you to enter condition records directly on site, be it with text, photos or videos, to add updates, to document changes and to make adjustments.

Import

Various documents already exist. The Import function allows it to import Plans, reports, data lists, external sensor data and many other formats. The seamless integration of already existing documents guarantees continuation of today’s efforts.

3.

Automated

The large number of integrated sensors (own and external) allow direct connection of sensor data to the respective object and a complete holistic overview of a specific object.

Condition survey
on site

With InfraCloud, the condition check can be executed directly on site, with pictures, comments, condition categories, measures and the corresponding budget.

Due to the efficient input, there is about 50% less effort and cost involved at the initial survey and about 90% for follow-up surveys. The condition report can also be saved and sent conventionally as a PDF.

Visualization

With over 1000 different map layers, we can accommodate and integrate all geo-information needs. It can be a simple overview map or highly complex 3D HiRes maps for condition monitoring.In one view the different objects can be sorted by their class or state, by alarm input, object class or even by department in the overview.

Alarming

The direct integration of sensors allows an event-based alerting system with multiple escalation levels and alerting paths.

The event-based history can be edited and documented with measures.

Task management

The task manager allows single or periodic tasks, checkpoints or an alarm entry of a sensor to be recorded, documented and analyzed afterwards.

Workflow Generator

Infra-Cloud digitizes process and quality management.

The workflow generator enables the creation of processes. Common process management systems are ISO 9001, AS 90100, W12, BAFU requirements or GMP processes. In infrastructure management, processes are defined either in intervals of many years or as extremely rare events. For such processes a tool like our Workflow Generator helps to avoid errors or omissions. With one glance the responsible person knows what to do if a fire, water damage or alarm event occurs.

Journal Generator

Infrastructure is diverse – from small to big. To meet their needs, each object can be recorded individually to its specific needs and/or with the Journal Generator as collective objects.

Whether it is a multi-story power plant or the sitting benches in the municipal area – InfraCloud Journal Generator can adjust to its requirements.

Collaboration-Tool

Infrastructure requires collaboration between internal and external entities. The ability to create temporary accesses, allow external partners to access the object data and significantly ease the coordination effort for those responsible.

If you are used to spending 30% of your time searching and sending data, with InfraCloud you can create temporary access for your partners. This partner gets all the information and data he needs to fulfill his job and can be excluded again afterwards.

Users and departments

For larger organizations, InfraCloud can be divided into departments, divisions, regions and access can be defined accordingly. Access rights can also be defined across multiple departments – However your organization looks like.

Budget management

InfraCloud allows to allocate long-term and partial budgets that can be defined over 1 year or many years in advance. It is the perfect tool to plan your long term capital and maintenance needs.

Data security

The InfraCloud data is stored on several independent cloud servers in Switzerland to avoid data loss. In addition, the data can be exported to a local story such that in case of a connection failure the last saved data is still available locally. This feature makes InfraCloud the ideal solution for disaster management applciations.
